Your booking

Your date is held for 7 days after you accept your quote. It is confirmed once we receive your deposit (25% of the total). If the deposit has not arrived after 7 days we will contact you before releasing the date.

Paying the balance

The balance is due 14 days before your event, by bank transfer, using your quote reference. For bookings made less than 14 days before the event, the full amount is due when you accept.

Changes

We are happy to change colours, sizes and extras up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. Changes that add to the price will be added to your balance.

Cancellations

Your deposit secures your date and our materials, so it is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event you will not owe the balance. If you cancel within 14 days we may charge for balloons and materials already bought for your display.
If we ever have to cancel, for example through illness or severe weather, we will refund everything you have paid.

Outdoor displays

Balloons do not mix well with strong wind, rain or direct sun. For outdoor displays we may suggest moving the display, adjusting the design or setting up closer to the start time. If it is unsafe to install outdoors on the day, we will agree an indoor alternative with you.

On the day

Please make sure we can get into the venue at the agreed set-up time and that the space is clear. We will tell you how long set-up takes when we confirm the times.
Balloons are a natural product and may pop, especially in heat. Displays are designed to look their best for the day of your event.

Collection and damage

Hire items such as frames, hoops, plinths, neon signs and the SinuoMotion hoop remain ours. We will collect them at the agreed time. Please let us know straight away if anything is damaged. We may charge for items that are lost or damaged beyond normal wear.

Safety

Keep balloons away from young children and pets. Uninflated or burst balloons can be a choking hazard. Please never release balloons outdoors.

Photos

We love to share our work. We may photograph your display for our website and social media. Just tell us if you would prefer we did not.
